The On the Ring festival is developed and produced by lead producer Tribe Company, commissioned by the City of Amsterdam, in collaboration with BEE-Agency, Kingcanary, Backbone International and Skills Crowd Management.
Tribe Company is committed to safeguarding the privacy of visitors to this website as much as possible. To clarify how we handle personal data, we have drafted this Privacy Statement.
This statement does not apply to websites of other organisations and/or companies that may be linked to on our website. Tribe Company is also not responsible for the content of external websites. We do not collect any personal data through this website unless it is voluntarily provided by the visitor, for example via email or newsletter registration. Any information you provide will be treated securely and confidentially.

Website visitors under 16
Our website and/or service is not intended to collect data from visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify the age of visitors. How long do we retain your data?
We do not retain your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Personal data will be stored for no longer than three months after the festival Op de Ring ends.

Tribe Company does not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share your data when necessary to fulfil our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation. With any third-party service providers processing your data on our behalf, we sign a data processing agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality. Tribe Company remains responsible for these processes.
Tickets
For ticket sales, this website redirects to CM.com. The processing of personal data related to ticket sales is the responsibility of CM.com and is governed by their privacy policy.

The cookies we use are necessary for the technical functioning of the website and to improve your experience. They ensure the site works properly and remember your preferences. PIWIK Pro

This website features videos embedded from YouTube and/or Vimeo. For YouTube, we use the https://nocookie.youtube.com domain to avoid placing cookies. Vimeo places a cookie (‘vuid’) when the video player loads. This is solely for analytical purposes and cannot be linked to individuals.
