During “Aan tafel op de Ring”, you’ll have the chance to literally take a seat at the table in a place where you’d normally just rush past.
For this, we’re working together with a truly Amsterdam-based caterer: The Food Line-up.
At The Food Line-up, they collaborate with many small(er) entrepreneurs from the city.
For each event, they create a fitting line-up, showcasing a variety of different entrepreneurs.
So instead of all food and drinks coming from one central kitchen, they aim to give as many chefs as possible the chance to cater events under their organization.

The Lebanese Ziad and his restaurants, The Lebanese Sajeria, are well-known throughout the city. Today, he’s serving his delicious hummus bowls.
RICHARD
Richard is a chef through and through, and for years he led the banqueting kitchens of, among others, the Amstel Hotel. As a tribute to the city, he’s serving a delicious cheese domino.
FATMA & SERIFE
Fatma & Serife serve authentic dishes from Turkey. They are part of the Kolenkitkoks, an initiative that empowers women from Amsterdam-West to grow into food entrepreneurs.
SHARON, MERREL & MARTIN
Sharon, Merrel & Martin are part of the United Food Entrepreneurs of Southeast Amsterdam. They’re serving the tastiest Surinamese dishes with a plant-based twist.
TIM
Tim and his colleagues from the Amsterdam Soft Drink Factory specialize in developing and bottling honest and uniquely tasty craft sodas.
