We develop buildings with a story for people who have something to share. Our creative hubs provide a workspace and platform for creative entrepreneurs! Together with Urban Resort and LOLA, we organize workshops on the Ring.

LOLA opens vacant buildings for neighborhood parties, studios, kids’ discos, artistic chaos, and good coffee. Everyone is welcome to join—creatives, neighbors, visitors—temporarily together, without fuss. What emerges belongs to everyone.

Urban Resort Foundation is a professional non-profit organization that has been managing creative hubs in Amsterdam since 2007. At 24 different locations in the city, it provides workspaces for artists, creative entrepreneurs, and social and community initiatives.

Personal conversations lead to unique photo portraits, which are printed on the spot and hung in a growing mini-exhibition.

A creative design workshop where participants create their own letter or alphabet inspired by the city or the A10.

Mini arcade hall, laser cutter, and 3D printer. Short workshops and demonstrations on art and technology.
