A ride in the swing carousel, a check-up for your sick teddy, a reading relay, dancing and singing with Kids Kross Amsterdam – there’s plenty to do for little Amsterdammers on the Ring! Here are some tips.

Zone West en Zuid
A ride in the swing carousel, a check-up for your sick teddy, a reading relay, dancing and singing with Kids Kross Amsterdam – there’s plenty to do for little Amsterdammers on the Ring! Here are some tips for Zones West and South.
At ‘Buurten Op de Ring’
There’s lots to experience for kids! Fly around all day in the swing carousel, visit the Teddy Bear Hospital by UMC to make your teddy feel better, or dance along with the DanceMatic performances.
Love singing and pop songs?
Come to the Kriss Kross stage in the morning and sing along to the biggest hits during Kids Kross Amsterdam!
At ‘Creatief Op de Ring’
Kids can join workshops by Natuur Hub, Robin Hood Foundation, the Resistance Museum, and the OBA Makerspace. You’ll also find the Nemo Science Tour bus here – discover how planes fly or why a car’s sound changes as it drives by!
At ‘City of the Future Op de Ring’
There are all kinds of fun experiments and activities for curious young researchers.
At ‘Forest Op de Ring’
Kids can paint birdhouses or join the city ecologist for a walk and learn all about urban nature.
Full of energy?
Then head to Sportief Op de Ring and join the fat-tire bike race, play a game of shuffleboard, or try tug-of-war, basketball, handball or football.
Zone Oost
Want to keep moving? Zone East is the place to be! After 4 PM, Zone East opens up for Tring Tring Op de Ring – bring your bike, scooter or roller skates and explore the highway (entrance S113 Watergraafsmeer). Prefer walking or breakdancing? That’s possible too at Leef je uit Op de Ring (entrance S109 RAI).
