Volunteers
For the organization of this unique once-in-a-lifetime event, volunteers are essential. Do you want to contribute to an unforgettable day? Then read on.

How can you help?
Through EventMakers, we are looking for volunteers for the following tasks:

Visitor Services

Information desk: Providing visitors with information about the program, accessibility, and other inquiries at various information points.

Walking Information Point: Answering questions from visitors and providing information about the program and accessibility during the festival.

Host/Hostess Accessibility: Ensuring a warm welcome and offering additional assistance to visitors with mobility limitations.
Participants Services

Reception and Guidance for Participating Organizations: Welcoming the participating organizations and guiding them to the correct locations for their activities.
Events

Assist with the organization of various events, such as community initiatives and weddings, and collaborate where needed.
City Host
-
As an ambassador of Amsterdam, you inform visitors at stations and busy locations about accessibility and the event program.
EventMakers Services

Volunteers assist with the check-in of fellow volunteers and help throughout the day where needed, from providing coffee in the morning to filling positions on the site.

During your shift, food, drinks, and festival-style clothing will be provided. If you have a preference to work with someone or any other requests, please indicate this in the comments section of the registration form on the EventMakers website, and they will take this into account

Important!
Please note that Amsterdam will be less accessible on June 21 due to the closure of part of the A10 and several streets and bridges in the city. It is therefore recommended to come on foot, by bike, or possibly by public transport.
